Service Levels

No two organisations are the same it’s the same for conferences.

ConferencePlus can consult for or manage both large and small scale events with four available service level options. We can help you with the basics of organising your event or, alternatively, you can sit back and relax and let us take care of every detail for you.

Level One: Secretariat

Venue finding
Managing delegate registrations
Coordinate delegate collateral and delegate satchels
Setup and management of onsite registration desk
Process income deposits and bank reports
Monitor budget and provide progressive income reconciliation reports.

Level Two: Project management

Assist in the development of the conference program
Develop project management plan and timeline
Develop budget and manage cash flow
Assist with the design and distribute resource material
Online recording and management of speaker papers and proceedings
Manage AV and technical requirements
Manage all conference operations, social program and catering
Organise the bells and whistles and fun activities.

Level Three: Trade Exhibition and Sponsorship

Plan and coordinate trade exhibition and distribute proposals to your database
Develop and implement marketing and sales plan for exhibition booths
Negotiate with exhibitors and coordinate travel, accommodation and registration
Prepare proposal and manage sponsor requirements
Distribute proposals to client sponsor database
Coordinate sponsor travel, accommodation and registration.

Level Four: Premium management

A premium package incorporating levels one, two and three.

Book air and sea travel
Coordinate your delegate transfers
Arrange your pre and post conference tours
Arrange partner sightseeing activities and car hire facilities.
