The 2000 Pinot Noir vintage was made with juice from the first crush and appropriately named 'Pinot Blush" as the wine has a very light "pinot pink" colour. The aromas are a paradoxical mix of delicate floral and earthy pinot notes.

Served chilled, the palate has good mixed berry flavours, a soft approachable balance
with enough structure to embrace food
you would normally accompany with.
The wine is unwooded
and will age well.
